“During a family celebration, we recently stayed at Saratoga Casino Hotel, and the staff truly went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. They checked in to ensure everything was perfect and handled every request with kindness. What stood out most was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire hotel including our room. Housekeeping maintained it to a meticulous standard. It was clear that the staff goes beyond routine……

“The room and bed were comfortable. When I got home, I found that I was charged $1.62 for a safe that I did not know existed. Should have been part of the room rate.”

“We have stayed here in the past but place has gone down hill. Room had musty odors and tub had dirty ring around it. We arrived at 2:30 pm but clerk made us sit in lobby for 15 minutes before we were allowed to check in. I am aware check in is at 3 but never had to wait if I was a little early. Unacceptable. Breakfast was barely average. Small area with little to recommend. Overall stay was disappointing. ”

“My light had a malfunction in my room and would turn on every 30 minutes. I did not get much sleep because of it and the hotel staff just told me they would check it later. I was hoping for a free future night!! I guess not”
