“I had a wonderful week at this perfect place. Met my expectations and way more. So walkable all over Portland. I will be back. Thank you so very much.”

“Condo was nicely decorated. Extremely clean. Kitchen had all we needed. Loved the keurig pot/pod option. The only issue we had was there were no shades or curtains on the windows of the living room and kitchen or even the back door. Kind of creepy since the street was quite busy and there are many businesses and other condos close by. ”

“Reasonable price with a beautiful view. One portable AC in one bedroom. No Washer or Dryer. I can't look at the listing at this point to see if that was mentioned. Signs of forced entry at the door to the unit. Smell of mold/mildew in the stairwell to the unit. Otherwise a nice place.”

“The property is in walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. The location was convenient and clean. Sadly, we did not have a good experience at this location. There was noise from a party through paper thin walls from one of the tenants that lives on the property. There are rules for anyone staying at this location to include must be 25 to book and strictly no parties. Unfortunately we were unable to sleep due to loud parties from tenants taking place in the next room. Party did not end……

“Nice stay”

“Nice view of golf course, but couldn't go on porch... too many flies on sliding glass doors! First room had Hornet nest on bedroom wall inside; 2nd room locked out, battery low on keypad that no one knew how to replace!! Had to leave... manager rarely available to talk to about problems. 2 months later finally got an answer & credit. Terrible experience!”

“Plenty of room. Space is well divided So close to ski lifts.”

“David is a great host. His house is clean and has everything you need. It’s close to Portland and in a great part of town! The instructions to get in were clear, he has black out curtains in the room which makes sleeping cozy and overall it’s a great home!”
