“Some of the information in the listing is inaccurate. The bed is a full size not a queen. The building is not smoke free. Everyone on the property was smoking. There were ashtrays outside all the units. Parking is listed as an amenity. On arrival the HOA president told us we needed a parking permit and it was 25 a day. He said only the owner was allowed to park there. Property management company got involved and handled the issue. The unit was very dirty. The sofa is totally sunken in and has……

“We did not have access to the pool. The other guests had keys that beeped open the locked pool gates, but the keys to our unit were just regular old keys that only opened the room. Not great. Wouldn’t be a big issue on a weekend when pool is busy and people are frequently going in and out of gate, but we purposely booked midweek to avoid crowds and there was often no one in the pool. We were also given the wrong WiFi code in the pre-check in email and since cell service is super limited there……
