“Front desk staff weren’t so friendly and helpful.”

“The room was spacious and the balcony was really nice. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ample and a good variety. There is some wear and tear to the wallpaper in the bathroom. We stayed hoping to spend time in the hot tub. However, it didn’t work and when we asked the front desk she started it wasn’t working. The pool was nice but not heated. It was pricey and we only chose this property for the hot tub.”

“We had a good time. Our room was clean, but our sheets and covers felt damp both nights. there wasn’t blankets or pillows to keep us warm”

“It was very nice and clean with great staff. The breakfast omelets every day with the other standard fare was a great touch. The only negative thing I can think of to improve stay was our room didn't have a tub nor did they have a hot tub outside by the pool. Still, it was an awesome stay and we will go back!”

“The only issue I had with the property (and it's a minor one) is that there are only two elevators available, and they are slow.”

“Room was dirty and smelled like mold/mildew. "Fitness center" was closed. Lobby and common areas smelled like Marijuana. Breakfast was very limited and nowhere to sit.”

“We stayed 5 nights and everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the staff cleaned daily. We had a nice view of the beach even though we were across the street. We loved the balcony and the pool was nice.”

“Room was clean comfortable bed but not so much for the pillows. Ac unit was very noisy and rattled a lot. But the breakfast was always good and staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean . Overall it was good”

“The staff at the front office were extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was quick. However when we got to the room ot had a musty stale smell to it.”
