“Nice!near the beach!”

“We stayed four nights. Location was great. Staff at front desk was helpful when they were there. Website states beach towels were provided, yet when you ask for towels it is for pool only. It’s hard to go to beach without a towel. There were several unattended kids running wild throughout the hotel daily. We tried to get a drink at the bar and were totally ignored. I’m sorry I normally don’t give mediocre reviews. I feel that the hotel website is misrepresented. Disappointing stay. With the……

“The staf was extremely polite and helpful. Was on vacation and unfamiliar with the surroundings. The staff helped point me toward restaurants, and local attractions. The property was clean and well maintained. Quite comfortable and would definitely stay again.”

“This review is based on two seniors stay during the week. We liked and needed the location to be right on the beach as we are both old and not walking well. Access to the beach and pool were great. Parking was convenient with baggage carts available to move luggage. The staff was attentive and check-in went smoothly. Our room keys worked well for the 4 nights stayed. The room was a little tight, but after putting our luggage away we managed moving around well. It was just my wife and myself.……

“My family and I had our first beach vacation at the gulf shores Alabama. We had an amazing experience as we got the nicest view from our balcony. The staff are very friendly and understandable for our children that have a special needs. They had a rule to not bring breakfast food to any rooms but since our children have sensory issues in a crowd and beeping sound from waffle maker and microwaves, they gave us exceptions.
