Holiday Apartment "Stadt Land Fluss Plus" with Private Terrace & Wi-Fi

Our allergy-friendly, modern furnished three-room apartment is 78sqm and daylight with separate entrance and view of the garden. The layout of the rooms: a spacious bathroom with bathtub, ground-level shower, shower toilet, washing machine, dryer. A kitchen with dining area for four people, induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, single dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee and pad machine, as well as numerous cooking utensils. In the cozy living room is a sofa with sleep function for two people (140*200cm), armchair, separate workstation (good wifi), LCD- Smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Blue-Ray player, DAB+ radio. The bedroom is equipped with double bed and spacious closet. In the utility room there is, among other things, an iron and table ironing board and a clothes horse. W-LAN and parking space are available free of charge. In the lockable bicycle garage bicycles find enough space, batteries can be charged on site. There is also a covered terrace with lounge furniture and a parking space on our property.

The barrier-free apartment is located on the first floor of our family house in the city center of Arnsberg-Neheim in the Sauerland. In the immediate vicinity is a Netto discount, bakeries, butcher shops with hot counter, EC machines and a post office. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the center of Neheim with its modern shopping landscape, interesting retail, restaurants and snack options. Bus (40m) and train (1,4km) are within walking distance.



The location of our apartment offers ideal conditions for vacationers, cyclists and motorcyclists, hikers, business people, seminar / training visitors. In addition to attractive leisure and cultural offers in our TOWN, such as city tours, adventure pool / outdoor pool, golf / tennis facilities, shopping, museums, castle hill and monasteries, you can explore the surrounding countryside with the Möhne-/Sorpe-/Hennesee and the Arnsberg Forest via hiking and biking trails or enjoy the different landscapes at the Ruhr- and Möhne-FLUSS.
