"Staff was great. We had to change room due an ant issue but the staff was great about moving us to a new room quickly with no issue. There was a long wait for the elevator during the morning breakfast rush (only one elevator in the hotel). Secured parking was great to have. We could have gone without the construction traffic and noise though, but not much the hotel could do about that."

"1)did not tell us about the fact that we had a food credit. 2)did not tell us about the fact that there would not be any maid services unless requested which is not a big deal, but having coffee pods replenished was a big deal. 3) heating system did not work well on one of the days. room got to 80 degrees. "

"I was bumped from the king bed I paid for and given bunk beds!! No warning. I’m 68 years old. Traveling with my 60 year old sister. They quickly told me it was because I booked with a 3rd party. Would not budge. I paid 379.00 on Expedia. Hotel charged my credit card 575.00!! Do I need to warn people that they are at risk using Expedia??!! I’m a Hilton Honors member. I sure would have just used their website had I known."
