"We experienced a few issues. First, there was a puddle of water on the floor of our room. They moved us to a new room but the keys didn't work. We requested a wake up call that never came. One of the staff members at the desk was not nice at all. Also, they don't have a little 'store' for things like hairspray, ibuprofen, etc. (They said they normally had ibuprofen but were out at the moment). The things we did like were the walk-in shower, the beds were fairly comfortable and the room was clean."

"The rooms were really spacious and clean, which made the stay very comfortable. I wish the weather had been nicer because the rooftop area was actually really nice with a decent view. Even on the cooler evening, I think having the fire pit lit would’ve made the atmosphere much better. The only downside was the service at the rooftop bar. Our server seemed slightly uninterested and insisted we sit at the bar even though I was with my 16-year-old daughter. I felt a table would have been more appropriate and likely would’ve encouraged better service overall. It may have just been an overwhelming evening for the staff, but the experience could definitely have been handled better."

"Room was good except half the the room, during the night then no outlets worked, we couldn’t get it fixed until the following EVENING. The management did the best they could but I’m assuming only one maintenance man since it took all day. We couldn’t do our hair that day we had to slick it back. Junies is ok. The bar was amazing! The location was phenomenal! We walked to and from the Nissan Stadium. Uber is not needed unless planning to go off the downtown area. The comedy trolly tour is a MUST! "

"We stayed one night here for a concert. The hotel was about a 20min walk from Broadway. In a good location with a few restaurants nearby. The room was clean and smelled nice. The people at the check in were friendly and the breakfast was solid. $20 parking per night. We didnt have time to swim but the pool looked nice."

"The rooms are dated, not exactly clean and the staff were rude. I’m pretty sure my door had been kicked in at one point and was bent back into shape. Online photos don’t accurately portray the property."
