Cozy home close to Taos Ski Valley

I spent a wonderful week at this property with a group of friends. The house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare group meals. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Family Gathering

Seven of us gathered for 2.5 days and the house was great! The views are pretty and we especially enjoyed the sunroom. The rooms are bigger than I expected. It is out in the country but there are a few neighbors. My teenage nieces stayed in the downstairs rec room on the trundle beds there - be aware the steps to that room are very steep.

Relaxing Getaway

Spacious rooms and gathering spaces in this comfortable, family home. The views from the sunroom are stunning and a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. Our entire family and pets fit comfortably. Located with easy access to Arroyo Secco, Taos and the ski valley. The owner is easy to contact with clear check-in instructions and very responsive to any issues. Our family had a delightful time relaxing and enjoying Taos.

Another Great VRBO Stay

Jeff the property owner was very informative about the property and what needed to be done while we stayed. The home was beautiful and well taken care of. It met all of our needs and expectations. The locations was just minutes outside of the town of Taos and located perfectly for our bike rides. The place is well stocked with anything you need while on vacation. I highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to be in or near the Taos NM area. Thank you for allowing us in your home!

Great location for multiple activities

The property was perfectly located for visits to the town of Taos, Taos Ski Valley and the Rio Grande River for rafting. The back deck had a beautiful sunset view and sitting by the chiminea was a great end to the evenings. The host was very accommodating and communicated easily.

Excellent House, Excellent Location

The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The house was well stocked with supplies, it was clean, well decorated, and located right between Taos City and Taos Ski Valley. We easily took a trip around the Enchanted Circle which was very cool, especially Red River. Sunsets from the back porch were awesome. The host was extraordinarily responsive - I messaged him many times during the course of the reservation and again later when we needed to adjust the details of our visit. The check-in, check-out process was simple and worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

Arroyo Secco

This is a very well appointed adobe with great views! A true home away from home. We appreciated all of the considerate amenities. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in, but it's also close to restaurants, as well as hiking and all of the New Mexico destinations.

Great visit!

Beautiful sunsets, well appointed home, beds were comfortable, lots of space, and the kitchen is quaint with all the amenities. We were very happy during our stay.

Good location, good host

This is a great location. Half way between Taos Ski Valley and Taos proper. There were little issues like the shower knobs and leaking on the floor. But overall it was a pretty good place.. However, Taos had just had a lot of snow the week before and apparently the roof wasn’t ready for all the snow. We had leaks all over the house; bedroom, living room, kitchen and sunroom. I think the house needs some work and then it will be a great place to stay.
