“We had a wonderful & comfortable stay. Great location and the host was very attentive. The neighborhood streets are narrow and sometimes difficult for Uber/taxis to get to the unit however a short walk to a main street is all thats needed to get on your way.”

“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

“The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. ”

“東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。 宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。 ありがとうございました！”

"A modern hotel with great ambient and spacious rooms. It’s well located, next to a train station, with easy access to anywhere and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides you have all amenities you may need during your stay and you have a Japanese baths for relaxing end of day, after the long walks visiting the city. The hotel also has a laundry room for the clients, counting what 4 washing and 4 drying machines - way too insufficient for the amount of guest and during pick hour (in the evening for example) you will need to wait in the long queue to have your laundry done. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was good, with something for every taste."
