“This property is really nice and has a fresh modern look. However, at check in the staff lady cris was not so friendly with our request for early check in which had been told to them a few days before and also for two separate beds - the requests were put in and paid for this specific room already a few days in advance but she acted like they were completely oblivious to it. Their check in is at 4pm which is unusual. The phone on the room did not work at all even though they came to fix it……

“Great location! Everything was fine, only the decoration was a bit old and cheap. You have to climb if you get off from the station Alameda, but if you get off from olais, the the same problem solve.”

“Well kept. Good location. Attractive grounds. Lovely outdoor pool ( unheated). Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, mainly continental. Not impressed with gym strange wooden treadmills, also extremely hot despite A/C. Didn’t particularly enjoy evening meal, though only went once. More relaxing chairs for balcony would’ve been nice. No kettle though had to request. Only one supply of tea/coffee per person per stay very mean, also some milk would’ve been appreciated.”

“The shuttle bus to airport described in the hotels.com’s descriptions was not available, it made me have to leave earlier and plan the railway back to Lisbon and then to airport! Please revise the descriptions, so that the visitor will not be surprised in front of the front desk!”

“It is just right in front of the metro station which is situated in a quiet safe and clean neighborhood. The hostel itself is a bit old with insufficient sockets to charge our phones and cameras， there was one under the window (behind the curtain) and one hidden behind the bed， which u need to pull the bed away from wall to reach it. It has free wifi. breakfast inclusive dont expect much， but it can fill u up. Overall this place is ok.”

“坐落在山坡上，不过周边没有啥好看的。是一座古堡改建的，走道很宽敞，颇有旧时代的风范。晚上在餐厅吃饭，氛围和食物都不错，值得一去”

“Avant notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a transmis un livret avec toutes les instructions détaillées pour arriver a l'appartement, depuis l'aéroport, ainsi que des conseils pratiques très utiles. Nous sommes donc arrivées sans encombre le soir, dans un appartement nickel, tout était préparé pour notre confort. L'appartement est spacieux et très pratique. Son emplacement etait parfait pour nous, nous avons tout fait a pied. La place de Graca a proximité offre tout le nécessaire pour faire des……
