“First off the good: ...the place is beautiful. The rooms are luxurious. We had a 3rd floor room and the stunningly high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows gave a great show during an intense thunder storm. There are train tracks right outside the window that slow moving trains regularly pass but (not loud but you hear them at night). It says parking is $25 dollars but that to valet and you can choose to self park right outside the hotel in the valet lot The less than……

It was impossible to get the temperature settings where we wanted them. The thermostat was somewhat broken. Move the switch often did not cause a change in the output of chilled air even if put on heat. Our friends faired worse. They checked in to dirty rooms. When moved, the second room AC did not work. “It was not a 10. Min walk from downtown. The elevador smelled like cigarrette even in no smoking area. They were not high chairs at the restaurant. Towells were staint and the room needed to be vacum. Not a place to go with a baby.”
