The hotel is in a decent location. Parking is cramped. The physical condition is just okay. The carpet in the lobby has bunched up. The beds had encasements on them, but the sheets and pillowcase had stains on them. The bathroom was mostly clean except for some random blue hair strands that were stuck to the shower wall and had stained the wall. It smelled fine, and looked clean. The door locks are being replaced next wee, which is good since they are broken. The breakfast is pitiful. You get what you pay for.

This is the first hotel we've gotten through Expedia that actually looked better than the photos. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was super nice and helpful (shout out to Jan and Keith specifically. ) The room was surprisingly larger than we expected and very clean. You have to request housekeeping service, which I think is nice for both the cleaners and the guests. And if you forget, they keep towels and stuff at the front desk for help with those middle of the night runs of panic. Despite the location being right in the middle of things, it was super quiet outside. The only time we had noise was cause of kids running around from another room (the walls are kinda thin) but overall it wasn't a big deal. Beds were comfortable, pillows were the BEST. (I wanted to steal them all but didn't.) Wifi was reliable. If we go back to the area we will definitely be coming back.

Overall the room was very clean but the bathroom could use a little attention, especially around the drain. Usually the towels are pretty clean, this time there was mildew on several. Nothing bleach won’t fix, staff was very nice, and we will continue to stay there in the future,

This property was very clean. It was close to stores and restaurants. It is only about 6 miles from the college. The only thing, but not a major issue, the breakfast eggs and oatmeal wasnt cooked well. The beds were comfortable. I did get an accesible room due to knee issues. I could barely lift my knee to get in the shower. It should be a walk in if "accessible" room. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and close to downtown

Great location to downtown. Pool was warm. Average breakfast but breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. Desk staff always smiled and were efficient and helpful.
