She asked if she could stop by and when she did she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. We didn’t want to lose money on our security deposit so she immediately came over and assured us that they would not and said they would immediately fix/change if we would like. "This is such an amazing property / Loft! The owner went above and beyond with nice personal touches to make our stay very memorable. The communication was immediate and very clear and the property itself is as nice if not nicer than the pictures. Our kids (6 and 9) enjoyed the books and games and the adults enjoyed the awesome massage chair. Parking is very convenient and there are dozens of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. This was a wonderful experience and we will for sure...
