“I spilled an ENTIRE cup of cocoa I was making for my niece. The clerk on was a very kind, friendly young man named Paul. I have worked as a chef for 30 years, the cocoa went EVERYWHERE. He got a mop bucket , I started cleaning my mess up I just know what its like to walk into a mess!! Left by someone else. Paul said "you dont have to finish, ill do it no problem. “It is set off the road in the woods. Beautiful grounds with places to sit outside and relax. The rooms are big , clean, have full kitchens, and comfy beds. The magic coffee machine in the lobby makes great coffee for free and is always open to use. The pool is large and great and the outdoor hot tub was great too. The folks at the desk are fantastic! Not one thing to not like!”

“I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy.
I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable.
A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone.

“Here’s what we liked: If we were just reviewing BERKSHIRES UNTOLD based on the staff, we’d be giving it a 5. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and gracious. When we asked for extra towels and requested a room change, they accommodated those requests immediately. After we switched rooms they checked to see if we were happier. This is exactly the kind of service you want in a hotel or inn.
Other good things - The bed was comfortable and there was enough counter space in the bathroom……
