“This place was perfect for our stay. Avon on the 4th of July is a great time every year. The place is super clean and so easy to check in. Parking included was a huge plus. We will be back next year.”

“This was my second stay with them… and I would do it again!!! I love the property, location is great for my needs.”

“It was the perfect stay for visiting our son for a week.”

“Very nice location in Avon and easy access to free local shuttle transportation. There is a washer and dryer, not just a dryer as listed. No A/C so just be prepared in warm summer months.”

“We enjoyed our weekend getaway here with our 2 good friends. Place is very cozy and inviting. We were asked to remove shoes at door. Floors seemed to be a little sticky walking through hallway and kitchen area. Liked the natural lighting during the day. It is a little noisy being so close to the road but not horrible. We had some trouble getting the tv to work, seemed to be some bad connections or loose wiring. We did get it to finally connect so didn't need to reach out to anyone. Kitchen had...

“The host provided clear and detailed check in instructions. The condo is in an excellent location, walkable to Nottingham Park and the Bear Lot, and had a great view of Beaver Creek. Furnishings are modern. The room with elevated twin beds was perfect for our kids, the sofa in the living area converted to a comfortable bed, and the primary bedroom was also comfortable.”

“Randy was very helpful in the check in process and secured us an extra parking pass at no charge. Rental property was well stocked and he provided snacks and water. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

“This stay exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Check-in was simple and the property looked even better in person than in the listing photos. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. We’d happily book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.”

“We had a great experience loved the location”

“From the arrival to the departure, everything I experienced during my stay was top tier. My pup and I managed to hike 108 miles in the alpine trails of Beaver Creek and Vail. These accommodations were the absolute perfect solution for how to relax, recover, and pamper both pre and post expedition. If you are interested in pursuing accommodations that match the regal beauty and world class alpine landscape of the Vail Valley, then plan to use this option for an excellent experience. Guest...

“Host was very responsive. Wonderful condo conveniently located just a short drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook during their stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!”

“This was a super clean, fully-equipped condo that made us feel right at home. We loved the bright morning sun, being able to walk to Agave for Taco Tuesday (great food!), and the convenient proximity to everything in the Vail valley. The river walk trail, a paved path good for walking, biking, etc., is just past the buildings, so between our other plans we enjoyed a walk to town for coffee, stopping off to play in the river, and took in the peaceful sound of the water. The complex was quiet and...
