Upon arrival we noticed several issues, including wifi not working, fridge not cooling, and mold around vents & missing air filters. We reached out about these issues the evening of our arrival and were told a local team would be handling it. We reached back out to the general customer service line around noon the next day after not hearing anything from the local team. We simply asked when we could expect to hear from the local team, but did not get an answer. We were then contacted by a maintenance person...on the other side of the state who was dispatched the address of a booking we have for next year. We had to call the general costumer service line again, where they finally put a ticket in with the local team for the correct address about our issues. 3 hours later a local person arrived to address the issues. Fortunately we had a couple of handy people in our group who were able to get the fridge & wifi working by the time the maintenance person arrived. Our food would have been ruined if we had had to wait for the maintenance people to come fix the fridge. Also, while this was a pet friendly house, we noticed evidence of previous animals that had not been thoroughly cleaned, mostly in the living room. We had to keep the foam segments under the carpet outside for the duration of our stay to fix the smell. These issues would have been less disruptive if we had had better communication from the local team.
