Kitty pool was closed, adjacent restaurant and bar closed down. Bed was extremely firm and my one pillow was brick like. Jet tub spout came out in water, no shower curtain in bathroom.

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
