“ This hotel was completely misrepresented and not suitable for a family of four at all. The description is simply not true — the room can barely accommodate two people, let alone four. The hot water situation was unacceptable. After one person showers, you must wait 15–20 minutes for the heater to recover. “This apartment is lovely and in a safe, convenient neighborhood. I loved spending the cooler mornings and evenings on the rooftop with my tea and a book. It was easy to get to/from the airport and pick up Ubers to/from the location. There is a grocery with everything and a lovely restaurant just around the corner. "This is our first ever trip to Cairo, it’s for my son competition. We picked this hotel due to its location which is close to the venue as well as next to a huge mall which can get all we needed during our trip. The staff is very helpful as we experience jet lagging during our trip and couldn’t rest due to the busy honking sound from the street during early evening and had requested a change in room. Even though the hotel is fully occupied, the staff and supervisors still try their very best to accommodate our needs and we really appreciate their help and service."
