"Clean and spacious room, breakfast was phenomenal we like all the staff, specially Mr. E from breakfast area and Ms Cadene grom the front desk. Parking was for free and the airport is only 10 minutes away from the hotel. They have also a shuttle bus to the airport, the drivers we had were super friendly as well. I will definitely stay here again."

There was also some sort of incident that led to smoke coming into our room and the hallway windows being opened."

"My sister and I stayed here to see BTS at M&T Bank Stadium, and the stay was better than we expected. It wasn't just because of all the 'freebies' we got from the ARMY (which we are too) but the hotel staff was also very kind. The room we got was nice and very spacious and we had no problem getting a good sleep. We were also impressed by the hotel breakfast. Of course it was the standard breakfast fare but it was served fresh every morning which was great. The hotel pool was great and my sister really liked it. Best of all the place was in a good neighborhood, across the street from a nice bakery. We haven't been to Baltimore in years, but it's a nice walkable city and we definitely did a lot of walking. Next time I'm in Baltimore hopefully I can stay back to Hyatt Place. Thanks to the staff...and of course ARMY for one of my fave trips ever!"

"The place was great for overnight. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They said the pool was open, but when I checked on it, I did not seem welcoming. Breakfast is made to order, and super expensive, no free coffee to go. But there were many other eating options nearby. And it wasn’t to far from the 95 corridor. I would stop again."
