不满意：清洁度
The view from the house was beautiful. However, when we arrived, one of the bedrooms had flies swarming. Some were dead on the bed while others were still alive. The property manager was a dream to work with. She contacted the owners and they agreed on a full refund. Working with VRBO was a nightmare. I immediately called and sent photos of the issue. After being put on hold, for quite a long time, I was told a supervisor would contact me within the hour. I waited for quite a long time and called back. I was told a supervisor left the case open and never handled it. I was traveling with three children and had to find a hotel on my own. I have been told that I would be reimbursed by VRBO for the full amount. I truly hope this happens. The second supervisor that I spoke with at VRBO was very apologetic so I hope he comes through with his promise.
