“Good experience but when checking on Saturday night I had a accident happing in the lobby where I poop my and they end up putting me the do rent any more so yeah am not to happy with it was a accident and they had only one staff member there in the lobby helping others”

“Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a cheerful and energetic young lady. She facilitated an early check-in and provided exceptional assistance in recommending local dining establishments for the evening. The property itself appears to be in need of refurbishment and modernization. Our room presented with an unpleasant odor, and the bedding and pillows were notably uncomfortable, leading to a perception of substandard accommodation. Consequently, we will not be returning to this establishment.”

“The Hilton Yuma Pivot Point doesn't quite live up to its prestigious name. My room had a torn couch, a slow-draining sink, along with a dirty shower enclosure. All of which was documented to the front desk manager's attention. No one came up to inspect my room. Notwithstanding, the breakfast was very good.”

“Rooms are always clean, we have stayed there many time coming to Yuma to do the Intertube Float with Yuma River Tubing. Families enjoy the free breakfast and BBQ grills. The pool is huge and the water stays cold even in the summer.”
