"We had a lovely stay in Apartment 1\. The accommodation is very new and everything was immaculate and finished to a luxurious standard. We were met at the apartment when we arrived and shown around and had the pleasure of meeting the owner a few times during our stay. The pool was fantastic and was in the sun from late morning until the evening. There were very few other guests so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! Make sure you contact the property with check-in times before arrival, I didn't see the note that the property owner isn't on-site. But the owner was responsive and we got in faster than some hotel concierge lines I've been in."

"I did not even stay at this place because it does not seem to exist. I had the address programmed into my gps, and as I approached the address, it told me to park and be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes. I could not find parking anywhere close, long story short, I ended up parking, had to walk a half hour to the address, walk up a flight of stairs, and there are several apartments advertised but not the one I booked with. "The hotel was 20 minutes from downtown Zadar. 20euro taxi. We did not know it was all inclusive, but we did have a nice dinner. Unfortunately the lobby juice, bee and coffee machines were locked when we tried to go. We walked a lot, around the waterfront and in what is solely a residential area. At the entrance of the property was a bus stop to downtown. The people at the desk were all very nice. Quick easy check in and out. A nice pool."
