"Villa was spotless on arrival , Teresa was there to meet us . Everything was comfortable and there was everything we needed . The pool was a godsend morning , noon or night ! We had one little problem on our last night , when I had to call Teresa and she came straight over to help us . I cannot thank Nadine and Teresa enough for a hassle free , easy and relaxing holiday . We will be back next year !!"

"A lady called Anna met us at the property. Very rude. We had asked owner to check in early due to flight but message hadn’t been passed on to her. She kept stomping past us as we sat outside waiting for her to put bedding in etc. When we asked if she could speak English to us she shouted NO. So that was our welcome. "We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...

Smart and comfortable stay in North Beach
"Enjoyed a 5 day this smart modern hotel; staff very helpful and efficient in lobby and in the large buffet dining room. Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds gave a good rest & aircon was good. There’s ample street parking just outside (€12/night garage parking offered seemed excessive, especially for a motorbike, but neighbourhood seemed safe enough so we went with the roadside ) as well as a bus stop opposite. But we found it easy to walk everywhere in Gandia from here. The mini fridge was appreciated for keeping water chilled in our room. "
