“Beautifully period property with charming character, friendly and helpful staff. Modern amenities in rooms, great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed, quiet at night as it is situated on a hill above the city. Great views! The breakfast is delicious, made to order - big thanks to the catering staff! A short walk about 10 mins downhill takes you into the heart of this beautiful city, a slower slightly uphill walk back. Recommend parking in the private off road bays where it is flatter. A……

“Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. ”

“We had a lovely 2 night stay at this beautiful B&B, perfect location for exploring Bath, bit of a hilly walk back up but there is a bus stop right outside with frequent buses if it’s a bit too much. Room was absolutely beautiful, bed super comfy with high quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent! We would definitely stay here again, can highly recommend! ”
