“We love staying at the Cartridge Factory and our latest stay at Malissa's apartment did not disappoint. The unit was exactly as described and spotless. We found it to be very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Malissa was also extremely communicative and clear in her instructions. We most definitely book her unit in the future because we found the single story apartments to be cozier and no metal steps to get up to the 2nd story loft like the other listings. The unit is on the 1st……

“Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night.”

“Pretty clean, quite comfortable, kitchen accessories a bit limited, but we managed. Bathroom door very difficult to close and open, bedroom doors too loose. Multiple A/C units kept us cool, though unit in Mario room came unhooked from window (was taped). Mostly quiet neighborhood where we felt pretty safe.”
