“Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!”

We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it.
