“Lorne is a cute town. I enjoyed the stay here. The room is tidy and large, there is even a coach for us to chill. The view outside the room is pleasant too. ”
“I know it is just a motel and I can't have too much expectation on it. But the cleanliness still can't meet the standard of a motel.
Also, bathing soup is run out and hair dryer is not available, which made us inconvenience.
The only advantage is that it is close to supermarket. No more.”
“This Motel was excellent the only thing I can complain about was the roof in the newly renovated bathroom it was wet and had water droplets on the roof dripping on the bathroom floor. Quick fix put an exhaust fan in there. I give it 9 out of 10 👍”
"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
