“Our room reeked of a wet dog. We tried to switch rooms to one that had not had pets and were told that all their rooms were “pet friendly” and they wouldn’t be able to switch us. I have never had a room smell so bad and it was truly a miserable experience. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.”

“How your company can post some of these hotels with out checking them first. Stayed at a hotel with the pool and hot tub been out of order since December. You really should let people back out of the stay when a hotel is not up too standards. We checked out a day earlier loosing one night stay.”
