- Large back deck with barbecue and lots of seating overlooking the Woodlands golf course and open forest space. House is on the golf course for an amazing view but sits back from the course a bit for privacy and out of the way of stray golf balls.
- Excellent spot for kids to play in the snow on the golf course and forest space in the winter or to go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing!

- 12 passes to the Sunriver SHARC water park included.
- All bedrooms except one have smart TVs or streaming devices for you to use your favorite streaming service.

This property is located in the one-of-a-kind resort community of Sunriver, OR on the Woodlands Golf Course.

There are over 30 miles of gently meandering bike paths within the resort community.

Activities within 20 minutes or less (most within under 10 minutes) of the property include kayaking, rafting, rock climbing, caving, world-class fly fishing, waterpark, bike riding, world-class skiing, hiking, and disc golfing.

The larger city of Bend, OR is just 20 minutes away, with a nearly endless selection of restaurants, breweries, and activities.

Sunriver, OR is THE hub for adventure in the not-so-well-kept secret of Central Oregon.

There is parking for up to 6 cars ONLY. Cars must park in the driveway. On-street parking is NOT allowed in Sunriver.

This property is used regularly by individuals with animal allergies. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances for the safety of the individuals with animal allergies.

The Sunriver SHARC outdoor waterpark and indoor pool hours and availability change often depending on the season, weather, and staffing. It is a good idea to call beforehand to confirm the hours.
