“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. The food at both breakfast and the restaurants was out of……

“Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. ”

“Clean room, new hotel facilities with cooperative staff. Airconditioned room with tea and coffee maker. Morning breakfast with bread butter, omlette, poha, tea and coffee. Detox water with infused fruit slices, pudina, lemon slices for drinking”

“We stayed two weeks and it was the absolute perfect combo of relaxed bohemian vibe and atmosphere but with fantastic service, very clean and some of the friendliest staff I have met. Had a five- year old with me who thrived. There is a little play area and the pool was perfect for her when the waves were sometimes a bit too rough and she was met with such kindness everywhere. Yet neither pool or play area overtook the very Goa- feel of the place. It was just cleverly placed. Took a Thai massage……

“The hotel overall was lovely and the pool area excellent. The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem to them and Cicil at reception was so organised with the bills and super friendly too. The owner was present at the property most of the time so overall it’s an excellent team. The restaurant food was also good and had a nice atmosphere.”

“Nice resort with good rooms. Clean and comfortable with very large TV’s. Included breakfast was just ok. Not a great choice and what was offered was of ok quality. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The site lacked sun beds, areas to sit around so you were forced to use outside facilities. An area of beach dedicated for this would have been perfect. ”
