“We had a family group of 21 at the Log Inn and had a great time! The listing is accurate to the letter & the property is lovingly maintained. Got to chat with Jerry briefly - he is a treat! Make sure to appreciate his original artwork. The place is super clean. It has the odd small scrape or scuff, which is inevitable for a place so big. It is VERY well equipped including bath towels, linens, even toys. The kitchen has every appliance you can imagine & service for 40 was not an exaggeration....

“We only stayed for 2 nights but everybody enjoyed the stay, especially the kids. There was a lot to do and entertainment for kids. The have pool table, ping pong table, lots of puzzles, card games, and more, plus a huge tv. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was wonderful. And most of all, Dorothy was great, very responsive and even came over to say Hi. We definitely will recommend this place. It's ***** for us!!!”

“Great laundry set up. Large bedrooms. Nice TV’s. Very roomy and well furnished. Could use a better dining table set up. The pub table in the kitchen is not comfortable for older people. They did have very comfortable fold up outdoor chairs and a fold out table for extra seating at mealtime.”

“A group of women stayed for the first Oktoberfest weekend. We had a great time in New Ulm! The property fit all of our needs, was very clean, easy to check in to, had a backyard we spent time in, and was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There were yard games in the garage and board games in the basement but we just chatted and visited town instead. One afternoon we walked to Turner Hall. It’s about a 20 minute walk but there’s sidewalk the entire way, quiet streets, and cute houses and Halloween...

“We walked to trails. We drove a short way to other trails. Downtown was a short drive for eating and shopping. It was so perfectly located. Our stay in Mankato was comfortable and so enjoyable! ”

“We had a fabulous family stay at this VRBO. Greg was a great host, there was plenty of room and it was a great location. The weather couldn't have been better! We booked this because of the number of rooms, location and the game room with pool table. We didn't know that Elvis would be there, but that was just a bonus, as Mom is a bit Elvis fan! We did a wonderful tour with Ella of the Faribault Woolen Mill and had a picnic at the state park near Waterville. We even caught the ice cream truck...
