“I booked an economy room and was placed in what felt like the equivalent of a basement. The room had virtually no natural light, no proper window, and very poor ventilation. It was extremely suffocating and uncomfortable. What made the experience more disappointing is that I had previously booked an economy room at this same hotel and was given a decent room with a regular window, so I know better options were available. “Perfect location at the heart of Anacapri. The rooms are immaculate, the pool is beautiful, breakfast is excellent, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ravi. Best of all, the owners are on site to make sure that everything goes well. As for the price, it’s hard to beat it on the island. True value for the money. We were treated like royalty, and were sad to leave after 6 great nights. Very highly recommended.”
