“Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to...

“We really enjoyed our stay at this clean and spacious home. Plenty of boat parking, and the house was spacious and clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The big kitchen and living room area ( and game room!) made hanging out with our friends and family so fun after boating each day. Highly recommend.”

“This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. “It was an amazing trip, and the house was fun to stay in. The only "negative " was how stict the parking enforcement is. I know there is a sign posted stating the parking rules, so the liability is on us, but to get a parking ticket for having the tire on the white line sucks. Nothing to do with house or the service, just shocking.
