“The interior of the house was very nice. Great new appliances, sinks, toilets, countertop, washer and dryer, etc. Nice patio and dock. Didn't catch anything, but was very relaxing and if one catches fish, it's all set up to clean it. It's very quiet. The water pressure wasn't ideal. The only minor thing was that there weren't any dishwasher pods, so I had to wash everything by hand. And the silverware was pretty dirty as well as the organizer. And the bottom of the trash can too. ”

“We loved everything about our stay! The game shed was a total hit. We enjoyed learning how to play shuffle board. The kids had a blast in their own private pool. The house was well appointed, plenty of everything and SO many extras - board games, kids chair, toy box full of different toys, beach chairs, yard games, the list goes on. The manager is beyond communicative and helpful. Check in was easy as was check out. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.”

“We had 2 families stay here with kids ranging from 3-13 and we had a great time!! The outdoor amenities were as advertised and great. We couldnt keep the kids out of the pool. The house was perfect and plenty big for both our families and communication with any questions and concerns were taken care of. We will definitely be renting again the next time we stay in St. Augustine. Thanks so much for a great trip!!”

“Frankly, we thought the rules were overly restrictive. There was a 75 per person charge if we had visitors. We have friends in the area who typically come by to eat pizza and play cards but this policy killed that. It seems that the property would have at least a 65” tv in the main area. We also do not understand how one roll of paper towels would be sufficient for 6 grown men for a 4 night stay. We understand that this is a VRBO property but furnishings are minimal. Also, it would be helpful to……
