“The property owner did a great job with communicating. That was the primary strength. Outside of that, this was a disappointment. While the owner did warn us, entering the driveway was dodgy. Vehicles coming around a mostly blind corner is a safety issue (one that the homeowner cannot control, but still worth mention). The unit is small as expected. We did not use the kitchen other than the microwave and for a cup of coffee. The unit is generally crowded and very tired. The ceiling is low, but……

“Walked into a musty smell, dishwasher full of dishes and wet towels in the dryer. 2of3 bdrms and 1of2 bthrms in a converted basement that were not to code, the bthrm had no window/fan/vents with stained ceiling tiles, a floor you dare not walk on with bare feet & a moldy shower curtain to boot; the king-size-bedroom had no legal means of egress, only window in the room over 4.5' off the ground and not even 12" tall; did not come close to RI egress requirement 5.7sqft. Holding onto the stair rail……
