This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a full size futon in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.
This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities.
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis.
• Parking passes are required and can be obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s front desk to pick up the passes. A $30 fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking passes and provides access to the community pool.
• This home is a third-floor walkup unit with 12 steps required.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Please note that this home has a sister unit, Creekside Near the Landing. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combined listing composed of both condos, Creekside Duo Near the Landing, to grant access to both.
• Portable crib provided.
