“Was not able to check into the property as there was no one there. I wasn’t given the access codes to the property before arrival and when I tried to contact the company over a few hours no one responded. They eventually did but by that time I had already booked another property and didn’t go back.”

“Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones.
We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,……
