The gîte is all on one level, with only two small steps at the entrance. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker only, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.), a living/dining room (satellite TV), two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed, the other with a double bed (140x190), and a bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet. Underfloor central heating with a heat pump. There is a terrace area in the courtyard with direct access from the kitchen and living room, garden furniture, and an orchard opposite the gîte with a table, benches, and a barbecue. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house along the street and in the enclosed, secure courtyard in front of the terrace area. A garage is available for storing a motorcycle or bicycle only. Utilities and linens included. This cottage is located in a mountain zone: snow tires or chains are mandatory for all vehicles from November 1st to March 31st. Please make the necessary arrangements. Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: \- Towels: €5.53 per person per stay \- End-of-stay cleaning: €44.25 per stay Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
