“The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. ”

“Clean, tidy, apartment in a quiet area. About 20 minutes fast walk to the metro. Bus stops (K2, K6) three to five minutes on foot. I had a problem with the shower curtain - it fell to the floor before anyone touched it. It doesn't change the fact that I recommend this place. The apartment was worth the price I paid.”

“Overall the place was clean and easy to settle in to. The two things that I have to recommend if I had to would be a couple more throw size blankets. With the group I was in, it was a bit difficult to regulate the temp of the house and make everyone comfortable. The second would be to change the wall mount for the living room tv to one that swivels - that way movie nights are a bit more comfy (we got rained out one day and made this discovery). “Beautiful, light and stylish apartment located in a great DC neighborhood. The place was extremely comfortable and very clean, with everything you would need for your stay. Super comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom and a very spacious shower. The hosts were easy and enjoyable to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.”

“The host was awesome with communication and cleared up any issues quickly and in a friendly manner. The beds were comfortable and location great-quick drive into DC and close to shops and metro. It was a new listing and while the host was still ironing out some kinks it was a fabulous spot to have a great trip and have no doubt it will be a great experience for all who stay there. ”

“My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. The place was just as expected. It was clean and a good place to stay for the price. The only thing we found odd was the bathroom...
