“Everything was perfect except that the hallway to our room is under renovation. It was really dusty and my daughters are both asthmatic.”

“They serve a nice breakfast. The space might be a little small for the size of the hotel and the lady taking care of breakfast was run off her feet trying to keep up with hot food, sliver ware and coffee. Enjoy the food!”

But if this is an ongoing issue, maybe get rid of breakfast altogether, as this was not an option years ago when we travelled. You will always have people who eat way more food at breakfast than others do, and if short staffed, unable to keep up with supply and demand.”

“Room was clean but wall paper and carpet need updated and cleaned! No Amenities were available, pool closed, no hot tub because pool was closed! Restaurant was not open due to fire! Had trouble with car stuck for three days in town, and had nothing to do and had to Uber Eats for food. Very disappointed”

“While it was clean everything was so worn and in poor condition. The pool area obviously was a hit with the kids, but not worth the hotel stay. Staff was also very short and not welcoming. Find a different place even if it means no slide.”

“The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.”
