“Overall feeling is good”

“Our room had everything we needed. We loved the location. Being within walking distance to everything was very nice and being right across from the River. We used the heat for a little on Friday and then needed the air by Saturday. Lol. Both worked just fine. We know we will book here again.”

“👍”

“The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.”

“As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.”

“Had a wonderful time at the Vista. House was very clean and welcoming. The views from the back deck and all of the windows can't be beat. We really enjoyed the hot tub looking over the lake. The location is great. About 35 minutes to the falls. The surrounding town is very nice and has a few good restaurants. Stop at the Dollar General if you need some groceries or anything else. It is quick drive to several wineries and breweries. Would recommend and plan on coming back in the future.”

“Three beds for one room are good choice for my family, and if the stairs were cleaner, it would be better experience.”

“Very good hotel, enjoyed my stay!”

“Hotel was very clean. Staff was absolutely fabulous. Breakfast not great. But everything else was top notch. We would stay there again.”
