Uns hat besonders die gut ausgestattete Küche, das gemütliche Sofa und grosse Schlafzimmer mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten gefallen. Bad war auch sehr gross und das zusätzliches Gäste-WC ein Plus. "I stayed in this hotel couple of times and really like it! Room, the facilities, and their bath procedures - everything is excellent, the staff are always nice and polite ! However, during this last stay, I booked a massage. The massage is quite expensive. It was supposed to be a Thai massage, but honestly it was not like a Thai massage at all. At the same time, I would like to say that the massage therapist herself was very friendly and nice, but she performs the massage not that level. I think the management should send her to some additional courses, or perhaps help her improve her professional level, especially if you are positioning the massage service at such a price point. That said, I will definitely come back to this hotel again, but I will not book a massage next time."

"Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not pleasant overall. The room did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. We even found a clothing item that appeared to belong to a previous guest, which made us question the cleanliness standards. The carpet also looked dirty and poorly maintained. Another thing that we found very disappointing was the parking situation. The hotel has its own parking area, yet guests are still charged separately for overnight parking. We have stayed in many hotels before and this is honestly the first time we experienced something like this. If a hotel offers parking for guests, we believe it should at least be included or made much clearer in advance. In addition, one staff member at the front desk was quite rude to us while we were having dinner. We were told that we could not eat in that area, which was completely fine since we did not know the rules, but the way we were spoken to felt unnecessarily unfriendly and disrespectful. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again."

"Expedia fails to protect its customers when the service is not delivered as expected. During our stay, renovation work started directly above our room at 7:00 a.m. without any prior notice. The noise was extremely loud, woke us up immediately, and made it impossible to return to sleep. This significantly impacted our stay and our ability to use the room for its primary purpose. This was meant to be a short vacation to rest, but instead it was disrupted in a way that made it impossible to relax. We reported the issue to reception as soon as it opened at 8:00 a.m., after trying unsuccessfully to rest for an hour. The solutions offered were not practical, as the disruption had already occurred. The hotel staff acknowledged the issue on site and indicated that compensation would be provided. However, after our departure, they refused to offer any compensation or resolution. What is particularly disappointing is how this situation was handled by Expedia. Despite clear evidence of a service failure, the case was treated as a standard cancellation request rather than “service not provided as expected.” The case was closed based solely on the property’s response, without addressing the actual issue. As the issue remains unresolved, I have initiated a chargeback process with my bank due to the failure to provide the service as expected."
