I liked the price. I was disappointed to see there was no microwave in the room. Staff was very friendly. I got an annoyingly amount of text messages before, throughout, and after my stay. The elevator was a bit sketchy and outdated. The door had a hard time closing and would often open itself thinking something was in the way

Incredible service. My family and I were really impressed with pretty much everything here and we hope to come back to this place. They have the best breakfast (with a variety of options) you could ever find in any other hotel this size. Awesome experience!

Washroom was terrible cant even take shower in peace its so noisy and so low water pressure was hitting ur neck u have to bend down to take shower something was broken inside water change from hot to cold automatically bed toward window has the Air conditioner right down was blowing air on me all the time cant even adjust the wing un adjustable didn’t even enjoyed sleeping wasn’t recommend this hotel terrible experience.

The reception didnt care that there was no drinking water in the dispensers on either floors. The housekeeping staff, when asked for clean towels, asks us if he didnt already have towels in the room! They give you two tiny towels and then you have to be accountable for any more towels you need? Also, about the lack of water on the floors, if you want to buy water bottles from the vending machine, theyre insanely priced at $5 almost for a half litre bottle! The breakfast spread is an absolute nightmare for a vegetarian like me, who cant have any of the bakery products - thanks to the eggs in them, and any of their "hot breakfast items" like bacon or egg bites. The only, and i mean it - THE ONLY option they had for me was the potato tater tots, which were so miserably done, - either still frozen and cold at the centre or just sitting in the hot plate forever and developing a rubbery texture. All in all, an average stay, with a lot to complain about. Also, the reception and housekeeping staff really needs to learn some manners.

The front desk staff were lovely. The elevator wasn’t working at the end of the night when I came back to the hotel at 11pm. The filtered water in the lobby was empty and the spout was dirty anyway. There was a homeless guy outside. Zero sound proofing between rooms (I had a single queen). The air conditioning worked but it was so loud when it came on that it woke me up throughout the night. I’m from Calgary area but was staying a night here to be close to downtown for an early conference. Wouldn’t suggest it if you’re looking for a nice safe feeling clean stay. Nothing the staff could have done about the issues, it’s just the area, the age of the building etc.
