"Love this hotel!"

"The building is falling apart. It’s absolutely disgusting and filthy. There was no hot or even warm water our entire four day stay. The staff is trained to say give it 10 minutes we have reset the boiler. It was 10 minutes for four days. The ceiling was streaming water from the roof in the “penthouse”. Maintenance came with a shop vac. No manager follow-up, no offer for a different room, nothing. No towels at the pool, no coffee with the coffee maker, no cups for coffee, 6 channels on the TV, the pool was freezing, only the 8th floor ice machine worked, you could only have one roll of toilet paper at a time, 5:45 am texts to let you know the freezing pool was open. What a circus. This hotel should be closed down."

"View was great. Location was great. Property is in major need of renovation. Tub was peeling paint. Rooms were dirty upon arrival. Had to ask for toilet paper. "

"This is your typical 80's beach motel. The staff was nice however it seems your updates remained in the lobby. The beds were awful, I basically slept in a hole on one side of the bed. The room was so outdated, we went back in time to the 80s. The cabinets under the sink were falling apart. The furniture was plastic, not great for summer. The TV in the living room area had 19 channels, and not popular ones, but the TV in the bedroom was a Roku TV, the only updated item in the room. Yes there were palmetto bugs and maybe a roach but we can't confirm. We wanted a. Heap weekend and thats what we got. Won't be back to this hotel."

"The property overall was clean, but all the fees that aren’t included or spoken before the trip is truly insane!! $700 charge for incidentals and $157 for parking that I thought was included with resort fees. Being mislead regarding the room you eventually get is so different than the pictures they show or present in front of you for booking. "
