The Delta staff in Atlanta were good in helping change my seating. Mufuliat Gbadeaesin was pleased to help my wife and I sit together on the flight to Pensacola. I was treated rudely from the Delta supervisor in Detroit and was told "Let me just stop you there!" as I was explaining the seat issues. She was stationed at the boarding gate and treated me like I was below her station. Not good! I booked this flight back in June or July and to have someone tell me to basically shut up, I was not yelling or angry I just wanted to sit beside my wife on the flight. The agent in Detroit stated, "If you would have paid for the seat you would have the right to sit where you want. But because you chose economy we place you where we can". I stated that I had seats together when I reserved the flight and she stated, "It's about the money". That was upsetting to me. It's not about keeping a husband and wife together on the plane it was about money. - At least the Atlanta hub understood the importance of this. Not only did the service agent help me right away, the gate staff announced if anyone was not sitting with their family members, they would make work to change the seating arrangements for us. That's what I would have expected in Detroit. - Thank you for taking note on this issue. Rev. F. Gore

Silver Airways is rarely on time but I got lucky this trip. Both flights were on time and didn’t have any issues. Flight crew was friendly and efficient.

Had a delay due to a broken shoulder harness on pilot's seat. Definitely want the pilot to be safe; sad that it turned my travel time into 12 hours.
