“The condo public areas had been nicely renovated, new windows and sliders were great except for the death trap threshold sticking up 4 inches to trip you going in and out. We Managed to avoid injury by covering this with a hand towel to draw attention to it. No one warned us about the renovation next door. The noise was horrendous! Also, no one warned us that the second bedroom and bathroom was so tiny! You could not sit on commode with out bumping elbows and hips. Weather was awesome!……

“This property was steps away to everything, from the beautiful beach to shopping and activities. We enjoyed nearby golfing and loved sitting on the balcony looking at the lake.”

“The overall house was beautiful! Beautiful view of the beach from the master bedroom. Sitting outside on the balcony was also nice to view the beach. Overall the house itself was nice but some tweaking is definitely needed starting with the pots and pans in kitchen. The frying pan was only small enough to cook one hamburger at a time and was old. The toilet in master bedroom had brown spots in it but after flushing a few times it all seemed to clear up. The rug in bathroom looks old and dingy……

“Great vacation condo.The cons: It does show a little more wear and tear than the photos show. Just small things. Also bring your muscles..the sliding door is a little tough to open.The pros: It was so clean! And so many towels which was really nice. The kitchen was great - super clean amd pretty much all you need (except for a pizza pan - although there is a pizza cutter). The TV in the living room is much larger than the photos show. The main bed was so comfortable. And the balcony was……

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo seems to not have anyone to care about the condition of the furniture or to update anything. the condo had not been dusted in a while. We have rented more for less than the expense of this one”

“Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!”

“Everything was great. The only issue was the size of the property- it’s pretty big which makes the elevators difficult at times as well as finding space on the beach. ”

“Overall it was great for the price. My complaints are the pool had lots of bugs, we didn't have any trash bags, a lot was fairly outdated and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. But it was close enough to the beach that we could walk with all four kids easily. Seemed like a safe area, pretty close to everything we wanted to do. There was always a spot to park, which was a worry I had. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (we needed a pizza cutter, but it worked out). Laundry was close by,……
