“When we arrived, our room was already occupied. We tried contacting the host/property manager, but couldn’t get an answer. We had to sit in a parking lot, at night, after driving several hours, and contact VRBO directly to try and get help. Initially, VRBO asked me to send them pictures, proving that the room was occupied. I had already walked in on a family, which was awkward enough. I told them that I didn’t feel comfortable doing that again. I certainly wasn’t going to take pictures of……
