Accommodation layout: The 76 m² accommodation, recently renovated and very bright, is distributed in a spacious and luminous living-dining room with air conditioning, a pleasant terrace with a beautiful artificial lawn and views of the Peñon de Ifach Natural Park and the community swimming pool. An American kitchen with a comfortable bar, a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a second bathroom with a shower.
