INTERIOR



The rental covers exclusively the ground floor of the villa, providing access to the following rooms:



Features a cozy living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and direct access to the terrace and pool area. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and blender.



The sleeping area consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms:

- Master bedroom with a double bed and individual air conditioning.

- A second bedroom fitted with two single beds and individual air conditioning.



The property is completed by a full independent bathroom equipped with a shower tray.



Both bedrooms feature individual air conditioning units. The property also includes central heating, a washing machine, and an iron.



EXTERIOR



The 800 m² plot is fully fenced and features fruit trees. It offers an 8 x 4 metre private pool (depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.95 m) surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a partially covered furnished terrace, and a fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen including a dishwasher. Includes private parking within the plot for 1 vehicle.

Located in a quiet residential area of Calpe. It is situated 2 km from La Fustera beach, 2.5 km from supermarkets, 3 km from La Fossa beach, and 3.5 km from Calpe town centre.
