“Spent three nights for a visit to the Dunes, drive down to see eclipse and great walks on the beach. The house was perfect for our group of six and puppy. Plusses: Short walk to gorgeous beach! The yard was a perfect place for pup to play and get some energy out. Didn’t use the fire pit or grill but nice to have. Kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals. Beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available. Opps: One of the rooms the blinds were not blackout so kids woke up……

“We loved the property! It was a little difficult with the setup having small kids but definitely plenty of places to sleep. Owner was very kind and helpful. Beach was super close and clean but lots of pot smell so would be worth it if that bothers you to drive to West beach inside the dunes national park. Super clean there and pretty as well. Little bit deeper of water. Both beaches had great concessions. Really enjoyed the walk back from the beach and saw a bunch of deer. Overall would……

“This is one of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Bedding and linens were clean and fresh. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Off street parking was a huge plus. Yard area was a nice place to sit and enjoy some sun. Could use some wine glasses, lighter plates and some games or decks of cards for adults. Would stay again if ever in the area.”

“This property was perfect for our Cousins Reunion in nearby Palos Park. The large kitchen was a gathering place, and roomy enough for many walks down memory lane over coffee and snacks. The great weather allowed us to enjoy the backyard patio one evening, although it needs a little spiffing up. The location was close to restaurants but pretty quiet inside. The house was clean and comfortable with ample off street parking. I highly recommend it!”

“We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed! Every area was very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels provided for our 2 night stay. If i could change anything it would have been to add a nightlight of some sort in the twin room. Unfamiliar place/noises and it was completely dark for my daughter. No lamp or nightlight in that room. Also a few of the cabinet doors need tightened down.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this house! There was plenty of beds and the weather was perfect for us to have a bonfire! The wood provided was a little green but burnt well after we got the coals nice and hot. The beach was a quick walk away and a great place to relax and catch some sun. There was plenty of great beach stuff at the house but the umbrella was older and looked broken so we didn't take it. I would rent this house again! If your looking for a place that has a lot of places to eat or things……

“Great for family gatherings”

“The house was beautiful. We had 23 people and everyone had a place to sleep (with the air mattresses). The private beach was perfect although the walk was a little further than I had anticipated. The house was very fully stocked with kitchen items, beach items, linens, and everyday items. The outdoor area was very nice. We used the gas fireplace every night. The property manager was quick to call me back with any needs I had. One of the air conditioners was out but they sent someone out right……

“John's home was perfect for my 17 night stay as I healed from a procedure I had at Mt. Sinai Hospital near by. The home had all the items we needed to cook healthy meals. It was stocked with linens and towels. The beds were very comfortable. Lounge and dining areas had amply seating. Security features made us feel safe in an unfamiliar place. This home is about 30 minutes from the airport and about 9 minutes from the grocery store. The only thing that I will say future renter should know that……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Sentral. The property is conveniently located near Art Institute of Chicago, Millennium and Grant Park.”

“Sonders are always clean and efficient and this one was that, but this one isn't the best. Units in the Burnham are renovated but they have old ceilings made of wood which do not prevent noise transfer. They gave me a unit on the second floor and I could hear almost everything the person above me said or did. Sometimes when that person walked, the glasses in my unit slightly vibrated and you'd hear clinking. ”
