“Not a place I’d recommend.”

“We are a family of 3 (husband, wife & daughter) traveling with 2 dogs. If you want a rustic getaway, this is the place to be! The cabin was perfect with all the comforts you have at home. It was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay, it was so quiet and peaceful. Christine and her husband were amazing hosts and were always ready to answer questions or help out when needed! The breakfast that was brought to us every morning was plentiful and delicious consisting of scrambled……

“I wished I looked into the reviews more before I booked this place. I had a disappointing stay, if you're looking for something basic, just off the road with a nice big bed then this is a good place for that . The staff were great, although not on site, they were friendly when dealing with them. The negatives were the shower was not clean, it had a bunch of hair in it, They were running on generator power and had no internet, no TV. “Our one-night stay at Montana Hill Guest Ranch was truly memorable. It felt like stepping back into the '90s in the best possible way—surrounded by nature, with no distractions, just peace and simplicity. We loved being greeted by the friendly animals around the property, which added so much charm to the experience. Spending the evening watching DVDs brought back childhood memories, and having a radio instead of modern entertainment made the stay feel even more nostalgic. The outdoor hot tub……

“Arrived late to our key in an envelope, found room and all was as expected. Air conditioner was so old & noisy it vibrated the bed all night. We left early to meet firefighter crew. Happy to have found a room with 2 comfy beds as all the surrounding towns are booked due to all the fire evacuations in the area.”
